Evolution Petroleum (EPM)- The company that I am long but I am currently swing trading because of its volatility–
So how has swing trading worked out for me?
Well, I made about 15% swing trading EPM in November. Not bad-
Actually, very thankful and blessed.
Most trades were 1-3% and sometimes, it would be days before I could exit-
So I am very thankful for the returns.
Now if I just held on to the stock? I would have made more actually…about 40% but very hard to hold on when the stock trades in a range-
I hope EPM keeps going up with the recent increase in oil price but I think it will trade in a range again given the market’s volatility.
I won’t be surprised if the tax loss harvesting and just frothy market would hit the stock.
So for the foreseeable future, I will be swing trading EPM-
