Happy December-
Hope this month is filled with joy and love 😀
It has been a rough 2020 and it is almost over-
Let’s make sure that December is uber joyful and blessed-
Today, it was a good day- Record high AGAIN-
Gold bounced back- So I sold…
I swing traded EPM and NRZ once again got 1% each, which is ok.
I wanted to buy some REITs but wanted a lower price.
All time high market is setting itself for a big crash-
We know it is coming with tax loss harvesting and people taking profits off the table-
I still like AGNC and NRZ, which are undervalued somewhat and are relatively safe.
IRT and BRG, I am letting them run. I will start to accumulate more after a pull back so far the two stocks rose too quickly-
After selling of gold miners at 3-5% return, I am super heavy cash now.
Will buy gold miners if there is a pull back. But for now cash is king-
