Wow- It has been a busy few days-
My son had to go to the hospital- Thankful for the doctors-
Then I realized that there is a paper that is looking into something similar that I am doing-
Great minds think alike? May be?
But I need to get the paper going or else I will not be able to publish-
I wanted to get back to the paper after break but no time for that-
Need to hurry- Life of an academic-
Publish or perish-
I usually don’t care that much about journal rankings as long as I did good research (robust research design)-
But I still need to publish-
Thankfully, I think my idea is safe for now but I won’t be surprised if they are doing something close-
Ahh- the pressure-
Still thankful that I can do research-
Also, thankful for accelerating my research-
One can be stressful with research competition or just enjoy it-
If you get stressed- Your body will be in pain and the research productivity will drop further-
So no need to be stressed just need to push and be thankful 😀
Thank You Jesus for research. I am thankful that I can do research.
Please give me more wisdom and let me be always humble- Amen-
