Musk has been tested four times using the same machine, same test, and same nurse and got two positive and two negative results-
This is what I call a good controlled experiment.
Everything is constant but the rapid test gave unreliable results-
Therefore rapid testing has issues.
Of course, given that the sample is super small basically, Musk, we cannot generalize-
It may be a case of statistical fluke or just that machine/test/or nurse had some issues-
We need a larger sample to determine.
However, just the unreliability of rapid COVID19 tests does raise some concerns.
How many are false positives? How many are false negatives-
We will find out with time-
But for now, let’s just say that rapid COVID19 tests may have reliability issues.
