Another crazy week-
My portfolio went down from -2% to -6% then back to about -4%-
Thankfully, I swing trades REITs and miners-
Hecla Mining did really well-
I will start accumulating more housing REITs now as AMH has increased vacant home rents by 10%-
Housing price and rent will go up-
Will accumulate BRG, BRT, and IRT slowly. I have been accumulating them a bit.
But had to sell some at a small gain to buy gold stocks that fell too much.
Inflation is here and won’t go anywhere-
The party will end when the Fed raises rates abruptly…
I am still long gold miners and REITs. I have bought some tech that got destroyed including Simulations Plus.
Wanted to buy more Alteryx but I don’t think we are out of the woods yet.
Looking into Avalara and UIPATH. For now, I will be watching.
Very heavy cash- 40% cash right now-
Hoping that gold stocks recover but if it falls I can buy more.
