Another blessed new week-
Markets want to just want to go high but can’t-
Today, I swing traded #BRG and #BRT. My favorite long housing REITs-
They dropped 5%, so I bought them and sold them for 2% profit-
Very nice- It all went as I planned. That is a good trading day.
When things go as expected. I am worried about people selling for tax loss harvesting, which should be here by the way.
So I will be more cautious- I may buy on huge drops but I will be heavy cash as always….
Will look to buying REITs that pay monthly dividends- Might as well get some dividends as I don’t have bonds in my portfolio? Why? because bonds are too expensive- so MREITs are a good alternative for now.
There is a scare with new COVID-21 in UK but I think it is overblown- Good time to buy if it dips. Also, need to end lockdowns- Severe lockdowns will cause more severe depressions and suicides-
Jesus, please have mercy on us and heal us.
