Happy Black Friday-
Very calm day- As most people are in a food comma or busy shopping for deals-
I swing traded EPM- Nice 2% gain- It does not happen often-
God dropped below $1,800- Did not buy more gold miners- I will wait it out.
Remember cash is king!
Bought ORC, nice 1% monthly dividend- I like AGNC as it has less leverage. But I am ok with ORC for now.
Currently, I hold AGNC, ARR, and ORC for dividend income. As long as interest rates remain stable, they should be fine. There is a prepayment wave concern though although it has not happened yet.
Still heavy on cash-
