Today was a blessed day. Playing with my son all day long-
He took a very long nap. Played with us and then suddenly started crying for no reason.
I am sure something must have upset him. We are not sure what it is. And I don’t think my son knows it either.
Anyway, after crying and screaming for three minutes. He realized everything was fine and started laughing and playing again.
That reminded me how we are with Jesus. Jesus takes very good care of us. Blesses us and provides us with so much.
Yet sometimes we just get upset for no good reason and complain just to realize that it was nothing.
I look back at my life and realize the moments that I was super stressed like…trying to get an A in the class- trying to get a job…Of course, those things are stressful but in the long term and in God’s plan are those things that important?
I did not get an A in that class but life turned out fine. I did not get that job because the financial crisis unfolded- But Jesus took care of me and now I am blessed with a job that I love and a very blessed family.
I see my son playing again. He is happy then starts screaming again- And he is laughing again- So cute-
But as we mature in Christ, let us remember that Jesus will always be with us and take care of us.
“Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you!
Isaiah 49:15
So let us always be thankful and give praise to our good good Father 😀
Rejoice at all times. Pray without ceasing. Give thanks in every circumstance, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
