-2% ouch!

Thankfully, I had cash. So I bought HL, MUX, AG when they dropped 3-4% and sold at 1% profit-

Not bad considering that I had to trade with my phone being outside. Very thankful for apps

I checked some gold miner bloggers/investors/YouTube and the consensus seems that gold/silver will likely fall a bit more before rallying sometime this year or 2022.

I hope it goes up but I am fine. I am holding for the long term and I am swing trading with 30% cash so- I am fine.

I will probably add more to the positions if I see gold falling to $1700 and silver to $22- The bottom is almost there-

Swing trading has been a blessing but I wish I could just buy and hold. Checking the market does take time and effort.

Still thankful for swing trading, making small amounts- I also wish I could hold stocks longer for 2-5% gains (3-5 days or 10 days) but it is so unpredictable these days so I am happy with 1-1.5% gains.

With the swing trading profit, I am buying more dividend stocks (just a bit).

A drop in gold/silver but I am fine thanks to cash- Cash is King

November was long but also short-

Today, I swing traded EPM, BRG, and EMX. Nice small profits on all-

EPM was down 5% and but then ended up 2%- I made about 5% which I was very happy-

BRG popped 7% but I got 5%, which is very nice.

In swing trading, you can’t get the top or the bottom. But if you can get more the better-

Gold stocks started low but recovered- I did not jump in because I was not sure of the strength of the miners-

But given their strong recovery in the day, I will be more willing to buy on the next drop.

REITs took a hit. So I bought some to swing trade. I might accumulate some AGNC and ARR. But we’ll see it is getting volatile with tax loss selling and investors booking profits.

I am still heavy cash-

Today was a good day for my portfolio-

The positions that I bought yesterday #EMX, #NAK and #WRTC, jumped 6%+ so I sold them yay- This rarely happens but I am very thankful when it occurs.

I expected to swing trade within 2-3 days and happened- I was expecting 2-3% return but I got 6%+ Very nice-

Also, thankful that I have sold #NAK before it crashed 50% as it was denied by the US Army Corp of Engineers-

I may swing trade it later but I am a bit cautious-

Wanted to buy more REITs but they have risen too fast so I will wait it out- Tax loss harvesting and investors locking in profits will likely to send the market lower so need to be patient.

More good news with vaccines- Gold miners took a 3-5% hit-

I bought more #GOLD, #NEM, #ESQ, #SAND, #AG, #HL, and #EGO.

Plan to swing trade for 2-3%- Can’t be greedy-

Gold either will break out or go down a bit lower- Until the roar comes, I am not accumulating more gold miners.

Sold some positions of #FANG and #EPM. Oil price rose- So booked some profits-

I don’t think oil price will crash. People are driving despite lockdowns- So oil consumption will increase.

I will accumulate after the next bad vaccine or oil supply news.

REITs are doing really well- I sold some of #WPG- I think we will easily go to a $1 but I am just taking profits when I can. Any negative vaccine news will kill the stock.

I will start accumulating REITs more once the government says no more lockdowns.

Markets are very high and tax loss harvesting will kick in soon. Any bad news can make the market drop 3-4%. I am still heavy on cash.

Woke up early because of my son. But could not see the markets because he needed to be loved

Swing traded #HL- 2% profit- Not bad- Can’t accumulate because miners may take a hit with tax loss harvesting. Just swing trading when I can-

Sold some #NRZ- I think REITs will go up slowly from now on. But I am waiting for some vaccine bad news which will erase some gains- Then I will accumulate- For now, I will sell when I can-

I am very long gold miners and REITs but I am not going all in yet-

I will go all in once COVID19 settles down a bit more.

That means no lockdowns and the moving on regardless of the efficacy of COVID19 vaccines-

Until then there will be so much more volatility and swings-

I am going to buy more mortgage REITs with high dividends (AGNC, ARR, ABR) soon for income- For now I am just waiting for some pullback.

Very heavy cash- Want to diversify to Lending Club but not many notes available. So yeah cash-

Will donate some profits to Compassion.com- Help those in need- God loves cheerful givers

Plus, all the treasures accumulated in heaven are not subject to inflation or taxes

Very thankful for the small profit as every bit helps in these harsh times.

Tomorrow, I have no idea what is going to happen. More like the same….

Election is becoming closer and the market does not seem to have digested all the information yet-

So much volatility-

In such times, cash is KING-

Until the elections, I will try to be in cash much as possible-
