Yay- Friday-
Woke up early because of my son. But could not see the markets because he needed to be loved 😀
Swing traded #HL- 2% profit- Not bad- Can’t accumulate because miners may take a hit with tax loss harvesting. Just swing trading when I can-
Sold some #NRZ- I think REITs will go up slowly from now on. But I am waiting for some vaccine bad news which will erase some gains- Then I will accumulate- For now, I will sell when I can-
I am very long gold miners and REITs but I am not going all in yet-
I will go all in once COVID19 settles down a bit more.
That means no lockdowns and the moving on regardless of the efficacy of COVID19 vaccines-
Until then there will be so much more volatility and swings-
I am going to buy more mortgage REITs with high dividends (AGNC, ARR, ABR) soon for income- For now I am just waiting for some pullback.
Very heavy cash- Want to diversify to Lending Club but not many notes available. So yeah cash-
Will donate some profits to Compassion.com- Help those in need- God loves cheerful givers 😀
Plus, all the treasures accumulated in heaven are not subject to inflation or taxes 😀
